Toasted Garbanzo

Start the new year on a healthy path with foods that are both flavorful and healthy. Our Toasted Garbanzo recipe is quick and simple, making it the perfect on-the-go snack.

  • 3 ounces toasted garbanzo beans
    (toast in the oven until browned with salt & pepper)
  • 1 ounce basil infused yogurt
    (chop 1 cup fresh basil & 4 cups yogurts & mix well with salt & pepper to taste)
  • 1 tbsp sambel oelek
  • 1/4 fresh lime juice
  • 1 cilantro sprig

MIX garbanzos, sambal, lime and cilantro and serve over infused yogurt.
GARNISH with fresh basil and mint.
