Self-Care Bath Ritual

The trick to softer skin is using a bath oil instead of soap. To make your own, mix eight to ten drops of lavender or bergamot essential oil into an eight-ounce bottle of sweet almond, cocunut, or jojoba oil and gently shake.

Complete your bath ritual with a hydrating body lotion that a similar scent to your bath oil and apply to slightly damp skin.

Enjoy and repeat for some well-deserved self-care time.
