Coconut Almond Energy Bites

Prepare your pantry with healthy snacks for the whole family with our Coconut Almond Energy Bites recipe.




4 cup                     Rolled Oats

2 cup                     Almond Butter

1 1/3 cup             Maple Syrup

1 TB                       Vanilla Extract

2 cup                     Coconut Flakes

2 cup                     Bittersweet Chocolate

1 tsp                      Kosher Salt


Combine everything in a large bowl, and mix until everything is well coated, and the mixture holds shape when pressed into a ball.  Scoop onto parchment and chill to set up.
