Strawberry Top Smoothie:
Yields 6 cups: 2, 3oz servings
- 3 cups organic strawberries (rinse well & add whole strawberries- yes the greens too!)
- 2 cups of your favorite milk (soy, almond, pea, buttermilk, whey are all great options)
- 6 medijool dates (pitted)
- 4 oz raw cashews
- 2 oz live cultured yogurt
Add milk or liquid first and then the rest of the ingredients and blend on low until everything is incorporating well. You can gradually turn higher until you reach highest level and reach a creamy smooth consistency. We love to garnish with some chia and hemp seeds to give the smoothie some textural contrast. Serve immediately and enjoy!
