Strawberry Chovocado Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 C water or plant based milk
- 1/2 avocado, frozen
- 1/2 C spinach
- 1C strawberries, frozen
- 2 tbsp plant based protein powder
- 1.5 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 dates. pitted
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla
- pinch of cinnamon
Steps:
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 45-60 seconds. Make sure cauliflower is completely blended through.
- Serve.
- Add more liquid if thinner consistency is desired.
Carrot Kicker Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 C plant based milk
- 1/2 C fresh orange juice
- 1 medium carrot
- 4 cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp plan based protein powder
- 1 tsp powdered tumeric
- pinch black pepper
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1/4 C ice
Steps:
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 45-60 seconds. Make sure cauliflower is completely blended through.
- Serve.
- Add cayenne pepper at the end for the desired amount of kick!
Feel the Beet Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 C plant based milk
1/2 C raspberries, frozen
1/2 C beet, cubed
1/2 lime, juiced
4 cauliflower florets
2 tbsp plant based protein powder
3 medium mint leaves
1-2 sprigs cilantro
1/2 tsp spirulina
1 T raw honey
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Steps:
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 45-60 seconds. Make sure cauliflower is completely blended through.
- Serve.
Pineapple Match Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 C plant based milk
- 1/2 C water
- 1.5 C pineapple, chopped + frozen
- 4 cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp plant based protein powder
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 2 tsp ground ginger (~1 inch fresh)
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 T raw honey
Steps:
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 45-60 seconds. Make sure cauliflower is completely blended through.
- Serve.
Blackberry Peach “BBP” Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 C plant based milk
- 1/4 C water
- 1.5 C peaches, chopped + frozen
- 8 blackberries
- 4 cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp collagen peptides
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Steps:
