Fall Harvest Mocktail

Celebrate the season of gratitude with a fall harvest mocktail, shared by Chef Warren from Miraval Arizona.

Yield: 1, 8-ounce drink

½ fresh orange

½ fresh lemon

½ fresh lime

4 fresh black or blueberries

4 fresh raspberries

2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro

¼” slice of fresh ginger

¼” slice of fresh cucumber

¼” slice of fresh jalapeno

1 teaspoon raw honey

4 oz Club Soda

In a Boston Shaker, squeeze citrus and add all of the remaining ingredients other than the club soda. With a muddle stick, firmly push and twist ingredients to pulverize. Add club soda and 1 cup of ice. Cover the Boston Shaker and shake until condensation forms on the outside of the container. Fill the glass completely with ice, strain the drink into the glass.

If you prefer to convert this to a cocktail, substitute 2 ounces of the club soda and replace it with tequila, gin, or vodka.
