Vegan Queso

This vegan queso is smooth, creamy, spicy, and savory! It is the perfect appetizer for dipping chips or vegetables into!


2 cups butternut squash

1 ½ cups hulled hempseeds

¼ cup garlic

1 tbsp salt

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp white miso

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder

¼ tsp white pepper

½ diced jalapeno

½ tsp smoked paprika

¾ cup almond milk


Step 1: Blend all ingredients in a vitamix or blender until smooth.

Step 2: Heat gently in saucepan until warmed through about 180F.

Step 3: Serve and enjoy!
